Doar c\u0103 banii nu mai r\u0103m\u00e2n \u00een STB S.A., ci pleac\u0103 spre prestatorii priva\u021bi.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Se pune \u00eentrebarera de ce Societatea nu poate face singur\u0103 acel serviciul, ca \u0219i \u00eenainte? De ce \u201etrebuie\u201d s\u0103 piard\u0103 bani?&#8230; Suntem convin\u0219i c\u0103 cititorul a \u00een\u021beles perfect despre ce este vorba\u2026<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>\u201eCriza demisiilor\u201d, fenomen \u00eengrijor\u0103tor la nivel mondial<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00cen fine, raportul Global Workforce of The Future 2022, un studiu al pie\u021bei muncii din 25 de \u021b\u0103ri, arat\u0103 c\u0103 for\u021ba de munc\u0103, la nivel global, inclusiv \u00een Rom\u00e2nia, trece \u00een acest moment printr-un fenomen numit \u201ecriza demisiilor\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Acesta este o rea\u0219ezare, o mi\u0219care a for\u021bei de munc\u0103 \u00een c\u0103utare de salarii mai mari \u0219i mai sigure.
